You will need
- 15ml Elderberry Elixir
- A tall glass of ice
- Half a lime
- Sparkling water
- A handful of fresh mint
Method
- Fill a tall glass generously with ice.
- Pour in 15ml of Elderberry Elixir and squeeze in the lime.
- Top slowly with sparkling water and stir gently so the elderberry swirls up through the bubbles.
- Press the mint lightly between your palms to release the oils, then add it to the glass.

- A mug of hot water
- A slice of lemon
- A cinnamon stick (optional)
Method
- Boil the kettle and let the water cool for a minute.
- Pour it into a mug and stir in the elixir.
- Add the lemon and cinnamon stick and leave it to steep for a minute before drinking.

- 200ml milk of your choice

Method
- Add everything to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

Method
- Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
- Swirl the elixir through it with the back of a spoon.

- 100ml milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Method
- Stir the oats, milk, yoghurt and chia seeds together in a jar.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir in the elixir and top with the berries.

- Pancakes for two, made your usual way
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- A handful of blackberries
Method
- Make your pancakes and stack them on two plates.
- Add a spoonful of yoghurt and the blackberries to each stack.
- Drizzle 15ml of elixir over each stack instead of syrup.

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Add everything to a clean jar.
- Put the lid on and shake until combined.
- Pour over a salad of leaves, goat's cheese and toasted walnuts.

- 400g carrots, halved lengthways
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A few sprigs of thyme
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan).
- Toss the carrots with the oil, thyme, salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes.
- Take them out, drizzle over the elixir and toss to glaze before serving.

- 1 block of halloumi, sliced
- A handful of rocket
- A few mint leaves
- A squeeze of lemon
Method
- Fry the halloumi in a dry pan for 2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Arrange it on the rocket with the mint.
- Drizzle over the elixir and finish with the lemon.

Method
- Stir the elixir into the apple juice.
- Drop a few blueberries into 6 lolly moulds and pour in the juice.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Each lolly holds 5ml of elixir, one serving for children aged 6 to 12.

- 400g Greek yoghurt
- A handful of raspberries
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Method
- Line a small tray with baking paper and spread the yoghurt over it.
- Swirl the elixir through the yoghurt, then scatter over the raspberries and pistachios.
- Freeze for 3 hours, then break into pieces and serve straight from the freezer.

- 250ml milk of your choice
- Berries to serve
Method
- Stir the chia seeds and milk together in a bowl.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, stirring once after 10 minutes.
- Divide between two glasses, swirl 15ml of elixir into each and top with berries.
Each recipe keeps to one adult serving (15ml) per person. For children aged 6 to 12, use 5ml.

Elderberry Elixir is high in vitamin C, with 116mg (145% of the nutrient reference value) per serving.
How should I store it?
Before opening, keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and use it within 4 weeks. Because we preserve it naturally, it has a 3 month shelf life.
