I have tried all the products before, (except for the candle), in an earlier purchase. I love the Sweet Roots so much that I needed to buy more! It has a delicious but slightly savoury, bitter taste, but so comforting and feels like it's doing you good. I use rather less less than the recommended amount as it is quite rich and I find about one spoonful is enough.
The detox bath is great to have a good soak with music and the Intention candle. Do use the linen bag though! The Sweet Sleep really does help me with getting a better and deeper sleep. The candle has a lovely scent and lasts longer than I expected. It is a good set and introduction to Sweet Bee. I shall definitely buy more treats like this in future! Beautiful and thoughtful packaging too.
