At Sweet Bee Organics, we have a 30 day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Since our products are handmade and consumables, we cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.

All returns are at the customer's expense.

Customers are responsible for obtaining and keeping their proof of postage until their return has been received and processed. This serves as evidence that the item was sent back. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit where no proof of tracking can be provided.
Once received intact and in a re-sellable condition, we shall exchange or refund your items.

Please be advised that once received, returns are typically processed within 10 business days.

Our products are always handmade and packaged in glass. Should your order arrive damaged, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
