Massage the Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter into the chest, shoulders or soles of the feet. Light your candle and let the aroma fill the room. Take a few slow breaths and enjoy the quiet shift into evening. Many people enjoy using this set to mark the end of the day and begin their wind-down routine.
