Customer Service Associate - Frome

Job Overview:
Sweet Bee Organics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers by answering emails, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.. You will work closely with the team, to address inquiries about our range of natural wellness products. If you have a genuine interest in health, wellness, organic products and are eager to learn more - we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed information on product ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order-related inquiries, including tracking, refunds, returns, and exchanges, through Gorgias, Shopify and Google Sheets.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an understanding of Sweet Bee Organics' product offerings and values, ensuring that you can confidently provide product recommendations and support.
- Resolve Issues: Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding products or services, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Feedback & Suggestions: Collect customer feedback and suggest product improvements or new offerings to the team based on customer insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your own team as well as the fulfilment and production teams to ensure seamless communication about customer concerns, orders, and product availability.
- Learn & Grow: Continuously expand your knowledge of our wellness products and company policies, staying up-to-date with new product releases and wellness trends.
- Ensure Brand Voice: Maintain the brand’s tone of voice in all customer communications, reflecting Sweet Bee Organics' commitment to natural wellness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for natural wellness, health, and organic products.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an ecommerce environment, is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate responses clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, customer-first attitude with a desire to help and improve the customer experience.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Additional Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of the benefits of magnesium and medicinal mushrooms.
- Experience on CX software such as Gorgias, Shopify, ReCharge and Google Sheets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with tricky situations and upset customers with care.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, growing company.

Production and Packing Supervisor - St. Louis

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Evening and Weekend Supervisor to lead our production and logistics teams in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the picking, packing, and production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of orders. This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on setting and is eager to contribute to the continued success of Sweet Bee Organics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee evening and weekend production shifts, managing a team of production associates to ensure operational goals are met.
- Logistics & Operations: Supervise picking and packing activities to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet SweetBee Organics' high standards for quality and safety, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Team Coordination: Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide real-time feedback to ensure smooth operations.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are available for picking and packing according to demand.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks, providing solutions to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within production, logistics, or a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational targets
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
- Prior experience in the organic, wellness, or food industry is a plus
- Physical requirements: Ability to life and carry up to 50 lbs & ability to stand, bend and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment, Benefits & Schedule:
- Full time, contract role
- Pay between $22.00 - $26.50 per hour, depending on experience
- 40 hours per week - consisting of some night shifts and weekends as needed

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Production Assistant who is dynamic, a self-starter and has a passion for high-quality organic ingredients to join our team here at Sweet Bee Organics.
We are looking for someone that is able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and has the attention to detail to follow precise recipes to help in the production of our handmade wellness supplements and products.
Our ideal candidate has the understanding of measurements, portioning and scaling recipes to meet production levels. We are looking for someone who has the palate to taste and adjust a recipe according to variance of ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products in collaboration with colleagues
- Follow precise recipes
- Adjust recipes when instructed according to production levels and variance of ingredients
- Be able to control stock levels for their station
- Put the effort in optimizing the production processes with attention to speed, quality, consistency and method.
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
Requirements:
- Understand various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Cooking industry experience (preferred NOT required)
- Dynamic and able to collaborate with team members and owner
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be physically fit and must be able to carry 35 lbs upstairs

Picker & Packer - St. Louis

Job Overview:
We are seeking an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment to pack products for shipping. The ideal candidate is skilled with a tape measure, familiar with inventory tracking systems, and able to work well in a team setting. The right candidate will be able to maintain a high level of endurance and attention to detail during busy shifts and will be able to lift up to 40lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders promptly.
- Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting any problems to mitigate safety and other issues.
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e., Mechanical Pallet Jacks).
- Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work-safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
