Mother Earth is wise and typically provides us with what we need. At Sweet Bee, we have worked tirelessly to create an intoxicating blend of mushrooms to help your beautiful body regulate itself. We have worked with the UK's leading mycologist (they are mushroom scientists) to create a delicious drink to help ease the ups and downs of hormonal shifts. With a blend of 7 mushrooms, vanilla, nutmeg, roasted chicory root, wild yam root and a tiny bit of organic coconut sugar, Inner Wisdom-Balance is an absolute pleasure to drink, whether it's in the morning or for an afternoon treat. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to provide your body with a gentle boost to help keep you balanced and feeling good. 

We use:

Lions Mane-This mushroom has been long studied and shown to help with brain fog and memory issues. 

Coriolis: Better known as Turkey Tail. Coriolus has great immune boosting properties and have been used in many Asian cultures for help with all sorts of diseases.

Cordyceps: These little powerhouses have been used in anti-aging, delivering better oxygen to your system, increase immunity, strengthen libido and all sort of other amazing benefits

Reishi: We use both an extract and a spore powder. This combination allows the body to use the reishi in different way, making it the best way to process it. In the East, reishi mushroom extract is widely respected for its ability to improve energy levels, balance hormones impacted by menopause, and reduce those uncomfortable hot flashes. When consumed in small doses, studies reveal that the reishi mushroom may also help reduce insomnia and support natural sleep cycles.

Chaga: Is an all around superfood and has been long used in boosting the immune system, helping with a better circulatory system and supporting overall well-being. 

Maitake: Is a great mushroom during a hormonal imbalance because it has been long used in the East for helping calming the nervous system, creating a calming effect in the body. Many women use it to help with hot flushes, irritability, and sleep issues. 

Wild Yam Root: Wild Yam Root has long been used to help the body with oestrogen imbalances. 

Wild yam root contains a chemical called diosgenin, a phytoestrogen; a plant substance that has oestrogen-type effects. Many women find that Wild Yam has really helped with up and down hormones. 

Purple Corn Extract: This is one of the most beautiful ingredients as it is a dark, rich purple colour, making this FULL of antioxidants. It supports you when ageing because the insane amounts of antioxidants and also has been shown to support vascular health. 

Chicory Root: This amazing root give you the taste of drinking a marshmallowly latte, but without any caffeine. The great thing about chicory root is it also is a good source of inulin, manganese, and Vitamin B6.

Vanilla and Nutmeg: This makes Inner Wisdom-Balance a complete taste sensation. 

Coconut Sugar-We only use a little bit to give a ground, slightly sweet taste. 

This comes in a 500ml jar. This jar should last you 30 days. 

Directions: 

Directions: Place 1-2 tablespoons of balance in mug, warm about 250ml of your choice of milk to just below boiling. add just a small splash of milk into the mixture and stir or whisk to make a paste. Then slowly incorporate the rest of the milk. Sip slowly, breathe deep, and ENJOY!

OR

Place 1-2 tablespoons of Balance in a saucepan, then add 250ml of of your choice of milk then heat until it is drinking temperature all whilst whisking or stirring.

We like this best with Minor Figures Barista Oat Milk...it is delicious and vegan. :)
