Our skin is our biggest organ and absorbs everything we put on it. Most deodorants are made with fillers and toxic metals like aluminium that are absorbed when we apply them to our skin. It’s the reason why natural deodorants don't always work straight away. Our bodies become used to metabolising aluminium and our lymph nodes are still carrying the harmful aluminium, which makes us smell so we think the natural alternative doesn't work. An armpit detox helps banish toxins and preps the skin ready for a move to a healthier alternative.
Pure Pits is gently formulated with three ingredients. Organic Activated Charcoal, known for its ability to bind to certain poisons, heavy metals, and other toxins and flush them from your body, Bentonite Clay, which is also said to draw out toxins like heavy metals and ground Organic Calendula with natural detoxing and skin-soothing properties. The perfect pit detox. It also makes a great face or foot mask! I use it whenever my skin feels clogged, like after a summer holiday. It can also be used to detox the smelliest of feet.
Directions: Take one Tablespoon of Pure Pits and mix with either 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (recommended) or water to make the consistency of greek yoghurt. Apply to under arm and wait 15-20 minutes, rinse with a warm cloth. For maximum detox effect apply every day for 7 days.
Warning:
Activated charcoal can stain clothes, so it is best to do this whilst undressed. Keep out of reach of children.
