Pure Pits Organic Armpit Detox

Give your pits the detox you deserve.

Have you ever tried to switch to natural deodorant and it just doesn't work? Have you been using conventional antiperspirants for years? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you may need to detox your armpits!

Your skin is your biggest organ and absorbs everything that we put on it. Unfortunately, conventional deodorants are filled with fillers and toxic metals, that are absorbed when we put them on our bodies.  When you choose a conventional deodorant, you are choosing to put aluminium onto your skin and near your breast tissue.

So what do you do? Switch to a natural deodorant of course.

However, the trouble with switching to a natural deodorants after using an aluminium based one for so many years, is that the natural one just doesn't seem to work. This is because your body is used to metabolising aluminium, causing you to smell and your lymph nodes are still carrying the harmful aluminium. This is where a detox is needed. It will help rid that delicate area of the toxins and help in the transition to a better alternative.

In our Pure Pits we have carefully formulated it with only three organic ingredients:

Organic Activated Charcoal: it is known for its ability to bind to certain poisons, heavy metals, and other toxins and flush them from your body, making it a wonder substance for acute and general detoxification.

Bentonite Clay: it is also known when mixed with a liquid to effectively draw out toxins especially heavy metals.

Ground Organic Calendula: Calendula not only has its own detoxing properties, but it is also incredibly soothing. So, we add this to soothe that delicate area.

Pure Pits, can also be used as an AMAZING face mask, especially if are prone to acne or can even be used to detoxify the feet.

Directions: Take one Tablespoon of Pure Pits and mix with either 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (recommended) or water to make the consistency of greek yoghurt. Apply to under arm and wait 15-20 minutes, rinse with a warm cloth. For maximum detox effect apply every day for 7 days.

Warning: Activated charcoal can stain clothes, so it is best to do this whilst undressed. Keep out of reach of children.

I had high hopes for this. Having read the other reviews I made sure I stood in the bath whilst applying but it still went absolutely everywhere. Washing it off was another hurdle. My once white bath turned grey and it took a number of showers to remove the staining from my skin. It’s far too messy and not user friendly sadly.

Absolutely dreadful stuff

I have never used anything less user friendly. It goes all over the place no matter how neat you are. Be very careful where you use it. Even to wait 15/20 minutes before you wash it off is hazardous to the floor and your surroundings. The second day I just waited in the shower but it got too cold so I gave up. It’s impossible to get a table spoon anywhere near the powder without spilling everywhere. I tried to cheat by making up the remaining powder in the jar to use over the next few days but the wet version went mouldy! Had to bin in the end. It would be much better if provided as a paste. I wish I read the reviews about the mess before purchasing.

Great Face Mask!

I add two tsps of organic apple cider vinegar to a tsp of the armpit detox and use it as a face mask on freshly cleansed skin in the bath. As it dries, my skin does feel quite tight. I rinse it off thorough with warm water once it is completely dry.. It makes a mess in the bath and on my towels BUT my skin feels so soft and smooth that it’s worth it. I then use Sweet Bee’s face serum afterwards. I love this product!

Cleared my rosacea

I have suffered with menopause induced rosacea for several years, and have tried so many treatments and diet changes, with limited success. This has done the trick! I made the treatment up with raw organic apple vinegar, my skin was notably calmed after my first application, and is now almost completely clear. Thank you

Messy job!

Bit messy not quite what I was expecting, I thought maybe a cream 🤔 I have tried it and will continue to but what else other than your armpits is it any good for? Not sure where else you could use unless on your face?
